I have been waiting for something to arrive as a finishing touch to the cold store I have put into my current commission. I love to add details I suppose, there is a brass bar at the top already for hanging meats, the ‘ice’ will be on the tiled floor. The hooks are ready to hang the meat up. I don’t charge for these additions as I see it as part of the job.
