The article in this magazine is to show the work of my talented friends. It is not about me (I find that all a bit cringeworthy) but it really shows in detail how good they are, I have tried to list them all.
I was told today by Sussex Crafts that my latest show house has been featured in the April edition of The Dolls House Magazine. Problem was I had used their beautiful sinks in a ‘Downton’ inspired kitchen but it wasn’t shown in actual magazine photos. So here is a picture of what you can’t see in the magazine.
Here is their website, they do lots of lovely things.

More photos from my latest commission, please remember I don’t choose what goes where, I just put designs together for the client and sometimes use what they already have. Thought I’d post a cross section, but I can’t fit the basement or attic rooms on. Can you spot the secret passage? I always sneak one in somewhere…
Now finished my latest commission, this is the inside of the one I have been posting the exterior of. I like the Chinoiseries blue and yellow bedroom, but I think it’s Tanya Harvey’s curtains that really make it look nice.
I have just finished my current commission. My
client had started it, but gave it to me to alter, age and generally tinker with it. I will post the inside when the lights go on. You have seen the outside already, but again here is the before and after.
Most people know I commission Tanya Harvey to make curtains and soft furnishings for clients houses but did you also know she has an incredibly talented Mum too?
Have a look at these, if you want to commission her, contact Tanya, these are for a large blue hallway In my own house.
Next time I decide to do a clients roof for free, can someone shout at me please and remind me that they take two days and cost me loads..!!!!
Before and after, I retained her sandstone dormers, so it kept some of her original work.
