Posting something really different. We design gardens too, these fit inside the cabinets the dolls houses stand on. This is one of our small cottage gardens, each one unique. I hope this gives ideas to what you can do with all the space you have. If you look closely you can just see a dolls house being built in the shed…
Some of my favorite nurseries and children’s rooms. I think I will always love the Beatrix Potter theme as it reminds me of my youngest daughter, who shares Beatrix’s name.
The finished room. I know it’s a bit dark, but it is based on a real room which is also dark in design. I also swapped Mirrors about because you could see me in the reflection in the big one when I took the photo, I’m covered in gold leaf and glue today, it wasn’t a pretty sight.
Finally finished a room based on the Blue Velvet room in Chiswick House, London. Already posted a photo, but now it’s complete. Thought I would put some before and after pics in so you can see it come together.
This is Cassie’s House, one of the largest houses I have been commissioned to do. I always thought she had exceptional taste, I put the designs together, but it’s my Client, Cassie that chose the colours etc.
This is another one of my favorite commissions, again I am lucky enough to have made a life long friend from it. This is Barbara’s Hotel, with themed bedrooms and a Casino. It comes complete with an Art Deco mirrored lift running through the centre, the doors are open in the first floor, and goes to the top, not for guests, just a service lift is shown. It has an Art Deco bedroom, a Tudor room, a French bedroom and Dining room as well as a Chinese suite.
Posting photos of one of my favorite commissions, this time the house is empty, as its ready for my client to fill. This is Lyn’s house, she is also one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet.
