Nearly finished this room now, couple of table lamps and prints should do it.

Working on my own house at the weekends, lights still to do. I am inspired by the Thorne rooms as you may see.

Update on my latest commission. I have a somewhat restricted ceiling height in these rooms, so I am making the most of what I have. Chinoiserie bedroom, with dressing area and washroom, library, and work starting on the hallway.

Real work in progress. My client wants a bathroom and a dressing area in a chinoiserie style bedroom. You can see how its coming together.

2nd room in progress, lighting yet to do, classic georgian design.

I’m progressing on the priory dolls house for my client. Two more rooms done. I had to make two new walls for this one as the kit wasnt like a ‘real’ house. First photo French panelled room. Lights yet to turn on.

Billiard room update, busy weekend on this one. Just lighting and door handles to do.

I’m working on a ‘Priory dolls house by the Dolls House Emporium at the moment. The internal configuration is not ideal as it is, so I have re arranged it. It’s a work in progress, as usual, but I hope to show you what you can do with a standard kit to make it what you really want. Photos of a standard priory (no not one of mine) and the one I’m working on.

I work on my commissions during the day, but on a Sunday night I try and make time to work on my own house. It’s been a year and I have hardly touched it. Billiard room in progress..

Completed the house today, lots of lead work on the roof. I could keep adding things, but I have to stop sometimes and remember it’s not actually mine. I will age it slightly tomorrow with some watermarks and moss.
